To maintain Healthy body we should know the major parts of our body. Some of the vital survival body parts are Heart, Brain, Kidneys, Liver and Lungs. The essential nutrients we have to take regularly for the function of all the organs. These are Carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, fiber, and water. It is important that everyone consumes to build their bodies and maintain their health.
